A note on bowhunting:
Our company in South Africa will give you the best bow hunting opportunity you will find anywhere in Africa.  The outfitter is an avid bow hunter and therefore knows all of the limitations of a bow hunter.  He is also well equipped with a well stocked bow room to attend to most of the field problems a bow hunter may encounter. By using well constructed blinds and treestands, we promise you an unforgettable experience.  Ask for a detailed bow hunting video.

The daily rate includes:

1. Meeting and transportation from the international airport to your hunting area as well as return to the airport at the conclusion of your safari.
2. Services of a licensed Professional Hunter, trained skinners and trackers, camp personnel, fully qualified cook and a 4WD hunting vehicle for every 2 clients.
3. A clean and high standard safari camp with daily maid service for making beds and cleaning the room.
4. Daily laundry service.
5. Ground transportation between hunting areas.
6. All meals, beer, table wines, soft drinks and liquor (in moderation).
7. Field preparation of trophies and transportation to our taxidermist.  If another taxidermist is requested, a nominal delivery fee will be charged.
8. Government licenses on certain animals.
9. Entry onto private land where fees are charged.

NOTE:
We do not charge for the day of arrival or the day of departure, just for the days in between.
We do not charge a trophy delivery fee to our taxidermist.
We do not charge extra for liquor.
We do not charge extra for airport pick-up.
We do not charge a transport fee if we have to relocate to other hunting regions.

Not included in the daily rate:

1. VAT ( Value Added Tax ). It is 14% payable only on the daily rates.  Trophy fees are not taxable.
2. $10.00 conservation levy installed by the Professional Hunters Association of South Africa (PHASA) for every trophy killed.
3. Trophy fees for animals harvested or wounded.
4. Mounting, dipping and shipping of trophies from our taxidermist to your address.
5. Hotel expense before or after the contracted period of your safari.
6. Cost of international and domestic flights or private air charters.  Air charters may be necessary in some cases.
7. Gratuities for PH, camp staff, trackers and skinners.
8. Any other unforseen expenses that may arise from your safari that is not included in the daily rate.
